Linking a domain name to a web hosting service

Web hosting is always linked to your own domain name. You can register a domain name when placing your order or link it to an existing domain name. You can also transfer your own domain name to Louhi. The cost of the domain name to be registered or transferred will be added to the web hosting fee. Domain prices start at €0.88/month. Registering a .fi domain costs €1.71/month. It is possible to link multiple subdomains to your web hosting account.

If you transfer a domain to Louhi, you will receive instructions for the transfer when placing your order. Typically, transferring a domain requires a registrar code or transfer code, which you can enter during the ordering process.

Billing, Shipping, and Terms and Conditions, as well as Instructions

We will begin providing services once the first billing period has been paid. You can also pay the invoice online when placing your order, in which case the service will be available within minutes!

  • When ordering the service on an invoice, please note that it takes approximately two full banking days for the invoice to be marked as paid, after which we will provide the services
  • We bill for services in 3-, 6-, or 12-month periods.
  • At the end of the contract period, you will receive a new invoice to continue the services.
