The JetBackup backup service is an account-specific service that can be activated for web hosting, email hosting, and WordPress and Woocommerce hosting customers. The service includes automatic backups for a period of 14 days as well as the option to take manual backups. Backups are stored and transferred securely to a dedicated backup server provided by Louhi. The disk space for the JetBackup backup service is not separately limited.
Easy restoration from backup
Restoring from a backup is easy with the JetBackup feature found in cPanel. The JetBackup restore function offers the possibility to restore the entire web hosting content from a desired point in time or just specific content, such as an individual email account.

Why is it important to back up your website?
For server-wide failures, we maintain our own comprehensive server image backup at Louhi. This solution is primarily intended for recovering from extensive failures, so it is not ideal for restoring individual web hosting accounts or files. Restoration work ordered separately from Louhi’s own backup is always billable work, and we cannot guaranty the possibility of restoration in all cases.
Often, a lot of time and money have been spent on websites, so maintaining an up-to-date backup is worthwhile. Additionally, a significant amount of critical business information is stored in email nowadays, making a comprehensive backup solution for the entire web hosting service necessary.
