Google Workspace extensions

Google Workspace has ready-made extensions for all kinds of needs. Currently, Louhe’s selection includes a few extensions that enhance the use of Gmail.

Gmail contact collector (Kontaktikerääjä)

Gmail Kontaktikerääjä is a handy tool for gathering email addresses in Google Workspace email. With it, you can search for all contact information based on specific criteria, even from the text content of emails, and compile them into a single contact table. With the extension, you get a list of all email addresses and people you have been in contact with or who appear in your emails.

The extension works on the user’s Google account, so it does not store data externally. Your contact information and the content of your emails will remain secure, and the data will only be stored on your own Google Drive. The extension is Google-compatible and complies with Google’s terms of service.

Gmail Drive saving

With this extension, Gmail emails are automatically saved as PDF files to your own Google Drive, where they are easily viewable and backed up.

You can set various rules for saving emails, according to which you can, for example, save only certain types of emails. Additionally, you can filter emails based on time, recipient, content, or tags.

The extension keeps a record of the saved files in a log file. The log displays the sender’s information and other important identifiers, so you can see the saved emails at a glance in a convenient list. The list also includes a link to the file in the Drive folder.

Personalized emails

This Gmail extension for Google Workspace allows you to send personalized emails in bulk to multiple users without the messages being classified as promotions. This way, you can reach your recipients more easily. The sending is done directly from Gmail, and no separate sending program is needed, which helps the messages reach their destination better.

With the extension, you can also track message openings and link clicks. With it, you can easily create unique and targeted emails, saving you a lot of time.

The extension uses Google Sheets to list recipients, and it also allows you to send a unique attachment to each recipient if desired, choose the exact sending time, track sent campaigns, and design the email using the built-in editor. Mailing lists and contacts are also created using Google Sheets, where you can add recipients’ names, titles, emails, locations, and other information to personalize and target your messages. You can reuse your mailing lists when planning your next messages.
