From the servers, the entire disk image (Snapshot) can be backed up or only selected items such as files and folders. The more common Snapshot backup also allows for quick recovery, as the recovery can be taken from the entire disk image. The most common method is the full disk image backup. Snapshot backup is a more recommended option because recovery from a problematic situation is significantly faster than recovering selected items.
Backups are taken once a day (at night) and their retention period is 7 or 30 days. If you need a different storage duration, that can be arranged as well.
The costs of backups vary according to the amount of data being backed up, the source system, and the backup method. Our sales team can assist you with this as well: let’s discuss together how we can best implement the backup of your server.
