Louhi’s automated monitoring system monitors the customer’s server and its defined processes for faults transmits alerts via text message and / or email to the customer.

Louhi oversees the agreed services weekdays between 7:00-18:00. Louhi responds to potential problems and alerts the customer’s contact person on faults. If necessary, the customer can provide Louhi with a fault status plan which Louhi will act by prior to contact.
If a fault or malfunction is not due to Louhi or the platform systems it is responsible for, the work will be billed according to the current list price – with the minimum billing time being 0.5 h (between 7:00-18:00)
Louhi responds to alarms within 0-30 min.

Louhi monitors the agreed upon services around the clock and reacts to fault conditions when receiving an alert. The customer can provide Louhi with a fault situation plan which Louhi will carry out upon receiving an alarm.
If a fault or malfunction is not due to Louhi or the platform systems it is responsible for, the work will be billed according to the current list price – with the minimum billing time being 0.5 h (between 7:00-18:00) – and minimum billing time between 18:00 – 07:00 is 1 h.
Louhi Hoito™ Update service includes a monthly security update for the server for updates available. The timing of the updates are agreed upon with the customer. Updates are usually carried out weekdays between 7:00-18:00 unless otherwise agreed upon.
The update service does not include potential security threats due to external factors. For example, openSSL has encountered a vulnerability and this can only be corrected with configuration changes. Changes are billable jobs, priced according to the current price list, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Application level Louhi Hoito™ services
Louhi Sovellushoito is responsible for maintaining applications installed on to the operating system. Each of the applications to be maintained has its how maintenance service agreement. Louhi monitors and maintains the selected applications and ensure their functionality. Louhi also installs version and security updates.
Application management can be ordered with or without upgrades, or update control, so Louhi monitors version and security updates and informs you of them updating on your behalf at your request. Louhi is not responsible for compatibility issues, but solves them on demand on an hourly billed basis.
